Spellbinders Sprigs Registration press plate: Cheers to Colors

Hi everyone! I have a fun card to share today. I used the Sprigs Registration Press Plate by Spellbinders. This is part of the Cheers to You collection. This set comes with a registration template which gives perfect placement and allows multiple ink colors to be used with the BetterPress!
SPRIGS REGISTRATION AND CHEERS TO YOU SENTIMENTS PRESS PLATES

The "Cheers to You" sentiment I used is one of the 7 sentiments in the Cheers to You Sentiments press plate and die set. I love the font for these sentiments AND I really love how they are on 1 plate and the matching die is also 1 die. This system is a game changer for sentiments! This sentiment set will be one of my go-tos!

This is my first time working with multiple inks and the Registration template system. The color palette I chose was outside the BetterPress ink colors I own, so I used full size ink pads from Catherine Pooler and Concord and 9th. Not gonna lie, getting the hang of using these with the press plates took a few tries, was super messy and now I TOTALLY understand why the BetterPress Inks are a smaller size. But woweeee it was worth it! Look at the results.

Supplies used on this card:

 ---
Catherine Pooler inks in Pixi Dust, Grape Crush and Day Dream
Concord and 9th ink in Sea Glass
S-Lon bead cord from stash

Spellbinders Propagation Garden - 2 card designs

Hi everyone! I have 2 fun cards to share today with the fun Propagation Garden collection designed by the talented Annie Williams for Spellbinders. For all you plant lovers, you'll want to take a look at this collection!
The collection has 3 die sets, 1 wax seal, 1 embossing folder and 1 press plate set.
My cards use all 3 die sets: Propagated Plants, Propagation Garden Frames and the Laboratory Glassware. The sentiments are from the Propagation Garden Sentiments stamp and die set and the background for both cards are peachy-coral toned cardstock embossed with the Leafy Helix embossing folder.
These die sets can be used on their own, but I love how the collection works together!
PROPAGATED PLANTS, LABORATORY GLASSWARE, LEAFY HELIX EF

To add some sparkle, I added some glitter brush pens to the glass beakers and leaves on both cards. So pretty! To tie in a bit with the black and white stripes I added some black splatter using something brand new that is coming from Scrapbook.com. It's called the Black Lustre Brush marker and it will be available soon so sign up for notifications!
PROPAGATED PLANTS AND GARDEN FRAMES, LABORATORY GLASSWARE, LEAFY HELIX EF

I was inspired by the light coral wall color in my craft room for these cards and to tie them together I used small strips of black and white patterned paper from MFT Stamps.
I just love how these turned out.

Supplies used on these cards:
Glitter Brush pens in Lime Green and Frosty Blue
Stampin Up twine

Happy Earth Day -Tim Holtz Vault World Travel With a Message of Peace

Hi everyone and happy Earth Day! I have a clean and simple card with a simple message of peace.  I used two of the new Tim Holtz Vault 2 Everyday release die sets. In case you missed it, you can check out my first card post using the Vault Watch Gears die set HERE.
VAULT WORLD TRAVEL, VAULT BOUQUET

My card uses the Vault World Travel and Vault Bouquet die sets. I wanted to keep things mostly white with a touch of pale blue, so I lightly inked Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide to my cardstock and die cut from that.
I added some shimmer to the flourishes and letters using the Clear Shimmer Glitter Brush Marker. I love using Glitter Brush markers, they have such a nice shimmer you can even see it in photos!
I wanted this CAS card to reflect all of our simple wish for this Earth Day: Peace.

Spellbinders Glimmering Peonies - 2 card designs

Hi everyone! I'm back today sharing 2 more cards using the Glimmering Flowers collection by Spellbinders. This collection features two A2 sized floral glimmer plates, 1 glimmer sentiment plate with dies and a coordinating layering stencil sets for both of the florals! If you missed my previous post sharing 2 Glimmering Buttercup cards, you can check it out HERE.
GLIMMERING PEONIES AND CURVED EVERYDAY SENTIMENTS

My first card uses the Glimmering Peonies plate and a sentiment from the Curved Everyday Sentiments. I foiled the peonies with gold foil and stenciled them with shades of peachy-corals with several shades of cool toned blue green leaves.
Like the Glimmering Buttercups, the Peonies plate has coordinating layering stencils which I love because these are large and for those who don't like lots of coloring, layering stencils are a good option. The Glimmering Peonies glimmer plate WITH layering stencils is $15.19 more than the plate alone.
To add a little something extra, I looked through my stash of Be Bold Blooms and found the perfect shade of peachy-coral die cut and I added it over the left side of the sentiment which I foiled in gold.

GLIMMERING PEONIES AND YANA'S SPECIAL SENTIMENTS

For my second card, I went with something totally different for me. I foiled the Glimmering Peonies plate with gold foil on Blue Spruce cardstock and lightly colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils.
I love my white cards, but there is something magical with dark cards. I matted the image to matte gold cardstock then adhered it to a black card base. This card came together pretty fast, especially when I have a variety of sentiments already foiled and die cut in my stash.

 Products used on these cards:
**bundle with the stencils is sold out, but it is in stock at Scrapbook.com**
Spellbinders cardstock in Blue Spruce and Onyx
Matte Gold Cardstock (Simon Says Stamp)

Fresh Picked Vase Just Because card

Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing a fun card from the Fresh Picked collection by Spellbinders. This month Spellbinders released 3 die sets to this collection, this is the first time I've used a die set from this collection and I just love how it turned out.
FRESH PICKED VASE BOUQUET

The die set is called Fresh Picked Vase Bouquet and it's designed to fill the entire card front of an A2 sized card. The sentiment is from the new Curved Everyday Sentiments Glimmer. I love the variety of sentiments in this set. I glimmered a variety of colors to keep in my stash so I can grab and adhere.
I used a color combination from the Color Cube Volume 2 and I just love how the colors pop together.
To create the detailing in the vase, I die cut a second vase then embossed it with the Leafy Helix embossing folder. Then I trimmed a strip near the bottom and adhered Champagne Glitter cardstock to both sides. For the details along the top I used the tiny flower centers. I just love the extra wow factor the glitter cardstock adds!

Supplies used on this card:
Black Glossy cardstock
Kuretake Gansai Tambi Starry Colors (background splatter)
